The Gig

I got a call from a good friend Hysaan and bull tells me that he would like me to preform a poem at his church in Philly. See the last poem which was my first performance that I did went good but the feeling was a whole different way. I preformed the poem Temporary Happiness with my partner in crime and Da Round Table member Janae. So we shared the stage together. Me I'm not really fond of the crowds and stuff and I'm also thinking about writing something different from what I usually write. I guess this is my challenge. . I'm happy I won't be preforming alone though I think I am going to write something that involves 2 or 3 people. Just so there is some togetherness on the stage and not just one person. There will also be others that I know preforming like my killa Cheri who will be singing with her wonderful voice and others.. The performance is July 31st at his church in Philly. A whole different crowd but I think I can do this thing. Cuz I do this thing lol. So I got like a month to prepare something that will pop right? Let's see how this goes.
